Please read through the terms before filling in the form:
  • All enrolments should be made via our online registration system.
  • Please check the enrolment summary before payment.Invoice will be sent to the registered email of contact person if follow-up payment is selected.
  • Unique registration no. will be given upon successful enrolment.
  • HKIHRM e-voucher is applicable to this event. Each e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers and vouchers.
  • IHRM Academy promotion code is not applicable.
  • The pass / ticket fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and the payment shall be settled within 3 weeks after submitting the registration.
  • No-shows in the event will incur the full cost of the ticket.
  • The Conference and Masterclass are eligible for 6.5 and 3 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours respectively. An attendance certificate can be issued to participants upon request.
  • HKIHRM reserves the right to change the Event(s) to other date(s) (including without limitation to postpone to later date(s)) as HKIHRM deems fit, or cancel, alter in character, reduce in scale, shorten or extend the duration of the Event(s) at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever to the delegate due to circumstances beyond HKIHRM's control including but not limited to war, health concerns (such as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), embargo, civil unrest, legal proceedings or government regulations that make it impossible or impractical or undesirable for the Organiser in its absolute discretion to hold the Event(s) as initially planned.
