Synopsis:
The masterclass will build on the keynote and go into detail about latest innovations and how to deliver human capability (talent + organisation + leadership + HR function). For each of these four elements of human capability, we will identify priorities and offer specific ideas, evidence, and tools for moving ahead. We will look at 10 talent initiative; 12 organisation capabilities; 6 elements of leadership; and 10 dimensions of an effective HR department. Participants will select priorities from these 38 initiatives, and we will present the latest research, cases, and practices to make them happen. We will also show how these human capability initiatives can be formed into a human capability plan with change action steps.

Biography:
|
Dave Ulrich is Rensis Likert Professor Emeritus at University of Michigan, Distinguished Fellow at Darla Moore School at South Carolina and partner at the RBL Group. He has published over 200 articles and book chapters and 30 books.
He edited Human Resource Management for ten years, served on editorial board of four other journals and on the Board of Directors for Herman Miller (16 years), has spoken in 90 countries; performed workshops for over half of the Fortune 200, received numerous lifetime achievement awards, and is a Distinguished Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources. He posts weekly and comments daily on LinkedIn (over 400,000 followers and 3,000,000 views in last year).
His work creates innovative and evidence based ideas with impact about how to deliver stakeholder value through human capability (talent + organisation + leadership + HR).
